1. Operator and acceptance

MannMitra AI is the trading name of a service operated by Gajendra Pratap Singh at R 7 - E 607, Life Republic Township, Marunji, Punavale, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India. By creating an account and completing the consent flow, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Adults only

The beta is for people aged 18 and above. Do not create or use an account if you are under 18.

3. What the service is

MannMitra AI provides AI-assisted self-reflection, life coaching, relationship communication support, stress-management exercises, journaling, mood tracking, habits, and daily guidance. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and should be treated as a reflection aid, not fact or professional advice.

4. What the service is not

MannMitra AI is not therapy, a doctor, a mental-health professional, diagnosis, medication advice, medical treatment, legal advice, or an emergency service. It does not replace a qualified professional and must not be used to decide whether to start or stop medication.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and report suspected misuse. Do not use the service to harm or threaten others, exploit minors, evade safety controls, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, disrupt the service, or violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

6. Sensitive content

Do not include another person's information unless you have a lawful reason. Do not submit financial credentials, government identifiers, or emergency requests to community areas. Community posting is disabled until staffed moderation exists.

7. Beta availability

The service is provided as a limited beta. Features may change, be rate-limited, pause, or be withdrawn. Push notifications, paid plans, public community features, and direct therapist booking are not active. No therapist request is submitted during the beta.

8. Payments

The beta does not charge users. Before payments are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, app-store billing terms, payment-provider terms, and data retention will be disclosed.

9. Your content and service licence

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited licence to process it only to operate, secure, improve, and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete account data through the app.

10. Suspension and termination

The operator may restrict or terminate access for material misuse, security threats, legal requirements, or risk to users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Privacy controls.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” beta basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output can be wrong. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts and venue are Pune, Maharashtra. Grievances may be sent to support@mannmitra.ai.

13. Contact and changes

Questions can be sent to support@mannmitra.ai. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through another appropriate channel, with renewed consent where required.
