Account deletion
Permanently delete your account.
You can delete your MannMitra AI account and associated active-database records in the app, or request deletion by email if you no longer have access.
Delete immediately in the app
- Open MannMitra AI and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Privacy controls.
- Select Delete account and data.
- Read the warning and confirm Delete my account.
The account, profile, chats, journals, moods, reports, and linked application records are removed from the active database. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your MannMitra AI account. Use the subject MannMitra AI account deletion request and include the account email address. We may ask for limited verification before deletion to protect the account from an unauthorized request.

What happens next
We aim to acknowledge the request within three business days and will complete deletion from the active database within seven calendar days after verification.
Provider recovery copies, where enabled, age out within no more than seven days. Limited security records may be retained for up to 30 days, or longer only where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with law. OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days unless law requires longer.
Data covered
Deletion covers account and profile information, onboarding answers, chats, journals, mood check-ins, habits, plans, reports, feedback, safety-event records, usage counters, and linked beta application data. The free beta does not collect payment records.
